If your last login to en.musicainfo.net was some time ago, you probably haven’t requested a new password yet. Due to a change in password encryption, all users must use the ‘Forgot Password’ feature once to log back in. Don’t worry, your data is safe. We do not store plain text passwords for security reasons, therefore if the encryption was changed, the old password could not be verified for the time being.
1. go to https://en.musicainfo.net/vergessen.php and enter your username in the third input field “forgot password
2. you will receive a new password to the email address stored for the username
3. log in at https://en.musicainfo.net/login.php with your username and new password
4. wait maximum 5 minutes, then you can log in with your username and new password also on https://musicainfo.radio. You will receive an email when the Musicainfo.radio access is available.
