How can I create a playlist?

There are two ways to create a playlist:

Create playlist via ‘Temporary Playlist #

Add as many tracks as you want to the temporary playlist using the icon:

1. Click or (adds tracks in random order to the playlist) in the detail view of an album, a song or in other playlists.
2. Edit the resulting temporary playlist in the right part of the screen:
3. When you are satisfied with your playlist, click to save it.
4. Create a new playlist or select an existing one to which the current list should be added:
5. Go to your profile page by clicking on your username at the top of the screen to the right of the musicainfo logo.
6. Click on the “Playlists” tab to view and edit all your previously created playlists. Newly created playlists are created according to the scheme “Username – Date, Time”.
7. Click to edit the playlist
8. Change the title of the playlist and set the type to “Public” so that the playlist is also available/visible for all other users. Your playlist will then be visible to everyone under “Playlists/Newest” and findable via search.
9. Click on the cover image or the name of the playlist to get to the detailed view – here you can change the order of the tracks, remove single tracks and change the cover image. We recommend square images in .png format with a page length of 500px.

Create playlist via ‘Add to playlist #

Add a song directly to a playlist using the icon:

1. Click in all lists to add the current track to a new or existing playlist:
2. Repeat this process as often as you like.
3. Go to your profile page by clicking on your username at the top of the screen to the right of the musicainfo logo.
4. Click on the “Playlists” tab to view and edit all your previously created playlists. Newly created playlists are created according to the scheme “Username – Date, Time”.
